Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Almonds with Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts cut lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • salt to taste


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. On a cookie sheet toss the balsamic vinegar, oil and Brussel sprouts Set oven timer for about 20 minutes.

  2. Remove cookie sheet from pan. Add almonds and toss well using tongs or something to not burn your fingers with. Drizzle some more oil if the Brussels sprouts are looking a little dry.

  3. Return to oven and continue to cook for another 20 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are the desired doneness.
