This cookbook has been designed as a stepping stone to a healthier lifestyle for you and your family.
For those of you who are more advanced in your dietary lifestyles you can I just the recipes to your needs if you’re a vegetarian you can omit meat and sub tofu or beans if needed. You can add rice and quinoa to the skillet meals for the extra carb load.
Most of the recipes are overall paleo and keto friendly.
My recipes are mostly crossovers. They are are not one specific healthy eating Style versus another. I don’t cook with sugar unless it’s Maple or honey, these are dairy free, gluten free recipes.
Personally, I eat mostly paleo about 80% of the time and then 20% I eat clean. I control my diet and lifestyle where I can and in the times I can’t I enjoy the company around me and decrease my portion size of the cake at my best friend’s wedding or my cousin’s graduation party.
I don’t beat myself up over that because I’m in control of the situation because I know my breakfast was part of my lifestyle and that I knew I was going to have cake, so I planned accordingly.
